We schedule shuttle time slots based on our availability. While we’ll always try to help, drivers often have commitments to other guests and may not be able to wait. 30-minute grace period: Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes past your confirmed pickup time. After 30 minutes: You’ll be marked as a no-show, the driver will leave, and your full shuttle fee + $50 + HST delay charge will be charged to your card. If the driver can stay longer: Any extra waiting time beyond the original pickup time will be added to your total cost. Late fee: $50 + HST per hour, but you must notify us in advance. Always call MacQueen’s as soon as you know you’ll be delayed.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have a limited # of in-house vehicles, so if they are otherwise committed for your travel dates, we may still be able to arrange services with a third party, but in that case prices may fluctuate. Demand is highest from June through September. The earlier you commit, the higher the likelihood we can confirm your service.
